Shipping policy

A. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free.

B. TRANSIT TIME, PROCESSING TIME, AND ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Shipments are generally delivered within 4 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

The order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (Time zone: Blanc-Sablon, GMT-04:00).

Order processing time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

C. DELIVERY METHODS

We use DHL, UPS, and TPE services for delivery.

D. ADDRESS CHANGE

It is not possible to change the delivery address once the package has been shipped. If you wish to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us at florentina.leatherhandbags@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

E. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before receiving your order, you may cancel it at any time prior to shipment. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

F. PACKAGES DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you notice that a package has been damaged during transit, please refuse delivery from the courier if possible and contact our customer service team. If the package was delivered while you were away, please contact customer service for instructions on how to proceed.
